beingwell was created to address issues that we face in our everyday lives and careers. We host workshops, retreats, and a podcast with an aim to create space for men and women to work through the areas of their lives that we so easily suppress and prevent us from being well.
Retreats & Workshops
We host one-day intimate retreats for teams or groups of professionals to escape their distractions and stress in order to address issues we face at work and home.
We offer two-hour workshops that dive deep into topics like time and boundaries and offer actionable next steps through our workbooks.
